Checking In
Just wanted to give an update on my efforts. Starting on the low calorie plan has been rough. But I'm happy to say that I have dropped 3 pounds so far. I had a hard time working out the past week just because my husband can't workout as much as I need to and it is hard to leave him when he's home. But he went into the field this morning. I miss to death. But I am going to use my time wisely. I walked to the gym this morning and ran for a hour on the cross trainer machine. left my arm band at home :( So I had to log in my off body activity in the body media system which was lower than I thought it should be. Feeling good and can't wait to turn that 3 pounds into 5 and on. well that's all for now
